The Future of Pascoe Industries: Built on Generations of Experience
Since 1988, Pascoe Industries has continued to grow through experience, hard work and a strong commitment to supporting Australian Industries.
The business was originally established by our grandfather (Ian Pascoe), beginning what has now become a proud three-generation family story. In 2002, Pascoe Industries was purchased by the current owners – our parents (James & Shauna Tseronis) – whom have spent more than two decades developing the business, strengthening it’s reputation and building long-term relationships with customers throughout the mining and industrial sectors.
As of July 2026, the next chapter has officially begun, with the third generation of the family becoming shareholders in the business.
While the ownership structure is evolving, the values, products and services behind Pascoe Industries remain unchanged.
Our father (James Tseronis) will continue working alongside us as we gradually take on greater responsibilities across the business. His extensive technical knowledge, 30+ years of industry experience and customer relationships remain invaluable, and this gradual transition will allow knowledge to be passed on carefully rather than lost through a sudden change in management.
Over time, as he prepares to step back and enjoy retirement- and spend more time looking after the grandchildren – the business will move into the hands of the next generation, led by myself (Alex Tseronis) and my brother (Matt Tseronis).
Each of us will bring different skills and responsibilities to the business, while continuing to build on the foundation established by the generations before us.
We understand that long-term supply relationships are extremely important, particularly within mining, maintenance and shutdown environments.
Our customers need to know that the manufacturers and suppliers they rely on will continue to be there when required. They need confidence in product quality, consistency, availability and technical support. That is why we want to make one thing clear: Pascoe Industries has no plans of slowing down or closing.
We are committed to continuing the business for generations to come.
Customers can expect the same dependable service, responsive turnaround times, technical assistance and consistently manufactured products that Pascoe Industries has become known for since 1988.
The people involved in managing the business may gradually change over the years, but our commitment to quality and customer service will remain at the centre of everything we do.
Mining and Industrial supply will remain the forefront for Pascoe Industries moving forward. We will continue manufacturing and supplying products designed for demanding wear, repair and maintenance applications, including our established range of epoxy wear compounds and grouts, polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane foams and related industrial solutions.
As the requirements of the mining industry continue to evolve, so will we. Our goal is not simply to become a larger business. We want to become an even more valuable and dependable supplier to the customers who rely on us.
Whilst the future of Pascoe Industries is all about growth, it is also about continuity. We are so proud of the business our grandfather established, proud of what our parents have built since taking ownership, and we’re excited to contribute to it’s next stage of development.
Becoming third-generation shareholders carries a great deal of responsibility. It means protecting the reputation that has been built over nearly four decades while also being prepared to introduce new ideas, products and opportunities. We intend to honour the history of Pascoe Industries while ensuring the business continues to modernise, evolve and remain competitive well into the future.
